Me and my theatergroup are working together with another theatergroup called Inplayers International Drama Group Amsterdam. We are putting on a new play end of November / Beginning of December. It's called The Surprise Guest. (“Les Belles Soeurs”) by Eric Assous. Synopsis of the Play: Three brothers and their wives meet up for a family dinner. The arrival of a young woman causes confusion, suspicions and accusations among the three couples. Im producing the play and Co-directing it. Also helping out with the set design.  I recorded the sound last year for 48 hours film project Amsterdam. The movie was called ''Doe eens mens'' or ''Act Human'' in English. Check it out. An alien survey of Earthlings. A mother and son live together on a houseboat. When aliens return to earth to further investigate humans, things go wrong. We had the viewings of the graduation mockumentary movies and we got feedback. Useful course. Never too old to learn. You can always learn something new. I got some good stuff out of it and happy with the end result of the movie. Will share it soon. Last year i founded my own theatergroup called Playhouse. That year we did a play called The Portuguese Kid by John Patrick Shanley. This year we just finished a 2nd production called It's Raining Money by Sebastien Thiery. I produced it, co-directed it and did the set design. Last 3 months we rehearsed it. June 17,30 and July 01 we performed it. On to the next play! July 2022 i was part of the production that traveled to Italy to shoot the documentary The Underground Astronaut. The end result is now online. Check it out HERE. One year ago i recorded the sound for company videos for the company Slootsmid. CLICK HERE to see the end result. June 18 i was directing and being the D.O.P. for our short Mockumentary school exam movie end project. And June 22 we had our 2nd and final day. I was mostly the First AD that day, but i also filmed a bit, helped with the lights, set dressing and did the Sound for a scene. Fun group of folks to work with. Now we will enter post production where i will also help out with editing. The last few weeks i was a runner / Art Assistant for a new cinema movie. This week i have been working with a great group of people on a very impressive short movie.
